There are no catches, no clauses, no gimmicks or spam sign ups. When you recommend a friend to shop with us either on our web site or in store you will receive 10% of the value of your friends purchase.
Not just 10% of their 1st order but 10% of every purchase for life! And what’s more - The person you have recommended will also be rewarded for becoming a new customer with a free gift from our product range.
The 10% reward is credited into your account with us, identified by a unique reference number and is redeemable against any product in our range. Rewards and their cash value are redeemable on any product or warranty upgrade.
Your Welcome pack includes the following:
- An Introductory Welcome letter that confirms the terms and offers useful pointers on recommendations to help you earn even more. Details on how to check your account balance and how you can use the money you have earned.
- Your unique ID number – Required for you to log in and check your account balance.
- Introductory cards – Recommendation cards for friends, colleagues, family members etc. Write your unique ID number on each card. If your friend quotes that card number at time of purchase, they will receive a free gift and you will be rewarded with 10% of the value of the order, no upper limit. You will continue to be rewarded with 10% of every future order they make from us.

Does this apply to all products – even special offer products?
Yes, we are happy for you to be able to earn or use your 10% on special offers – after all as a special customer why shouldn’t you benefit further.
Does this apply to extended warranties as well as the products?
Yes, if you have had a good experience with us and instil your confidence in others we think you should be rewarded for this.
Does this offer apply to delivery costs?
No, this is one of the few areas that you will neither be able to earn or redeem credit.
How long after my friend buys can I redeem my credit?
A minimum of 14 days for credit to show in your account and be ready for use.
Why must I wait 14 days before I can use the credit I have earned?
To ensure credit is not applied for a product which is subsequently returned.
How do I know my friends purchase will go onto my account?
Your friend will enter your unique identifier when making their first order, or they can tell us, if collecting instore, or carrying out a telephone order – they will then be logged against your account so all future orders also earn you credit.
What incentive is there for my friend to use my details to earn me 10%?
Aside from them being your friend and probably quite keen to see you earn rewards (you may even share with them) they will also receive a free gift from us for being recommended by you.
Is there a limit to the number of people I can recommend?
No, if you spread the good news far and wide then you should reap the benefits.
When does the offer end?
It doesn’t. You will continue to earn credit so long as your recommendations keep buying our products and services.
Can I spend my credit elsewhere?
Not at this time but we anticipate that in future this will be possible.
What is a unique customer?
For your friend to count toward your credit account they must present your unique account number at the time of their first purchase from us.
What if my friend forgets to give you my details when purchasing?
They will be asked for any recommendation details at the time of their purchase and will receive a free gift if they have been recommended. Unfortunately we are not permitted to add persons to accounts after the initial purchase has been made.
Do I really earn 10%?
Yes. For life? Yes.
How can I join this program?
When you make a purchase of over £350 (Typically >£500) from our store you will be sent a recommend a friend welcome pack.
I’ve been researching your products and have lots of friends I think would be interested, this looks a good way for me to afford the treadmill I’m after, can I apply to join without making a purchase?
The promotion is primarily intended for previous customers so they can pass on the experiences they have had with us. You are welcome to submit an application to join and your case will be reviewed on merit.
