1 Year Parts and Labour Warranty
This product is covered by a comprehensive 1 year parts and labour warranty for issues that have occurred during normal usage within a residential home.
On the rare occasion that a problem occurs we will resolve your issue in the following fashion;

Through consultation with our technical support staff (via email, phone or live messenger chat).

Provision of replacement components and easy-to-follow instructions. Parts and Postage covered.

Repair or replacement at our premises. Parts and Labour covered.
- Alternatively you may choose to have a technician visit your premises and resolve the issue in the convenience of your home. Service upgrade fee is charged. Parts and Labour covered
ProActive Fitness is a UK based product design company specialising in fitness equipment. Our in-house physiotherapist works closely with the design and servicing teams to produce effective, functional products suited to the rigors of use.
We have an experienced service department with excellent product knowledge who work quickly and effectively to resolve any technical related issues. All parts are stored in-house.
