2 Year Residential Call-Out Parts and Labour Warranty
This product is covered by a comprehensive 2 year On-Site parts and labour warranty for issues that have occurred during normal usage within a residential home.
Warranty includes 10 Year Motor cover, Lifetime Frame cover as standard.
On the rare occasion that a problem occurs we will resolve your issue in the following fashion;

Through consultation with our technical support staff (via email, phone or live messenger chat).
- Provision of replacement components and easy-to-follow instructions. Parts and Postage covered.
- Repair or replacement at your premises. Parts, Labour and On-Site technical call-out covered.
ProActive Fitness is a UK based product design company specialising in fitness equipment. Our in-house physiotherapist works closely with the design and servicing teams to produce effective, functional products suited to the rigors of use.
We have an experienced service department with excellent product knowledge who work quickly and effectively to resolve any technical related issues. All parts are stored in-house.

2 Person Delivery
Due to the weight and size of this item a 2 person couriered delivery is scheduled as standard.
Delivery is not always available as a Next Day service and can take 2-3 days to schedule.
We will contact you to discuss your delivery preferences, if your delivery is urgent or you require a specific delivery date please indicate this at the time of order or to a member of our team.
Deliveries are performed weekdays between 9am - 5pm (as standard).
Goods will be delivered to ground floor location.
Timescales and costs quoted for UK mainland addresses excluding the following post codes BT, HS, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, KW. For deliveries to these quotations please contact us for an applicable quote.
